I like to take this moment to acknowledge and publicly recognize Ryan Singer. I have been doing Real States deals for about 17 years and Ryan’s customer services stands alone. Let me just start by saying if you want the utmost professionalism and expertise in lending, then you must consider Ryan, it all began about 3 weeks ago when numerous previous lenders told me my requirements would take too long and I needed to meet many criteria, however, only talking a few minutes with Ryan he assured me this was nothing he could handle and deliver quickly. After that initial conversation with him, he was able to capture my requirements quickly and start the process, however, what sets Ryan apart is his quality of services and responsiveness to my needs. "Ryan the Lion" clinched the deal and got us our dream house. I won't go into specifics, but both the buying and selling realtors had sort of given up and no one was bargaining anymore— Ryan got them both on a conference call, whipped them into shape (they were kind of hostile at first) and within an hour the seller had agreed to the new, more favorable terms for us, and the deal went off without a hitch. Ryan got us the best deal on closing costs of any lender we checked with and was super professional and helpful all the way. He checked in constantly and did whatever legwork he could, going above and beyond what he needed to do. For our situation we had a lot of extra and intricate paperwork to deal with and he helped us through all of that. I was able to get ahold of him pretty much any time I needed. He was more invested in helping us get our house than the realtors were. Suffice it to say, we will gladly use Elevated again for our next home purchase.
