We contacted Elevated homes after we started the process just to see what they could do on closing costs, Frank Berriga was not only able to get a lower closing cost, he took the time to explain the previous lenders paperwork, he went over line per line and explained in detail what they were doing, just from that alone we had decided to work with him. rather we could get a lower closing cost (which he did) from roughly $32,000 to just under $14,000, what a difference! I would highly recommend using Elevated home loans, request Frank Berriga. Him and his team worked really hard to get us closed in less than a month! CHEERS TO YOU FRANK!
